Strategic Risk Solutions (“SRS”), a provider of captive management and consulting services announced today that Andy Hulme has joined the company as part of an expansion in underwriting capabilities and services. Mr. Hulme will be based in the UK but will provide underwriting support to SRS clients globally.

His expertise will help our clients in both Europe and globally gain more from their captives”, added Young. Mr. Hulme was most recently Chief Underwriting Officer for Builders Insurance Holdings, an insurance and reinsurance subsidiary of Hochtief, Germany’s largest construction company. Prior to that he served as EVP of JLT Insurance Management in Bermuda and London.
