Concord, MA, January 22, 2024 – Strategic Risk Solutions (SRS), the world’s largest independent insurance company manager, today announced that experienced industry leader Tom Keist will be joining SRS Altitude as Chief Commercial Officer effective April 1st.
In this role, Mr. Keist will lead Altitude’s business development globally and drive key strategic initiatives to grow the business across all types of non-standard solutions.

Mr. Keist, formerly of Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, brings to Altitude more than 25 years of global leadership and execution experience in P&C (re)insurance across sales, underwriting and alternative risk transfer. Tom has also held various leadership roles at Converium and Zurich in the past and holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Zurich.

Altitude is set to begin operations in the first quarter of 2024.
