The SRS Cayman team gathered for their first “EcoSocial” of 2023 this past Tuesday, June 27th.
The team met at Barker’s Beach where they spent a couple hours cleaning up various forms of trash and debris from the beach while simultaneously bonding with their colleagues. After the cleanup, team members were invited to enjoy a fulfilling breakfast on the beach.
To end the event, a representative from the local charity, Plastic Free Cayman, spoke to the team about easy changes we can make in our day-to-day to keep our beaches clean. Also discussed were other “eco” initiatives that can be made, individually and as an office, to be more plastic free and sustainable in Cayman.
