Strategic Risk Solutions (“SRS”; “the Company”), the world’s leading independent insurance company manager, today announced that Richard Paris-Smith will be joining SRS as European Client Service Leader.
Paris-Smith, who will begin his new position on January 1, 2022 and report to Guernsey Managing Director Peter Child, will assume responsibility for a portfolio of existing clients while working with the SRS team to support the Company’s growth strategy in Guernsey and Europe.

Paris-Smith has more than 30 years’ experience in the insurance industry. He spent 24 years in the London broking market, working for much of that time with a team focused on creating innovative reinsurance solutions. He moved to Guernsey in 2004 where he has gained significant experience in managing and advising captive and other specialized insurance and reinsurance vehicles.
