Hamilton, Bermuda, January 28, 2025 - Jireh Risk Advisors Ltd. (“Jireh”) is teaming up with Strategic Risk Solutions (“SRS”) in Bermuda to serve the Insurance Linked Securities (ILS) sector. As part of the strategic partnership, the firms have jointly launched Strata ILS Ltd. (“Strata”), an unrestricted Special Purpose Insurer (SPI) licensed by the Bermuda Monetary Authority.

Strata ILS Ltd. is an unrestricted SPI, managed by SRS, used for ILS transformer transactions. It is available for the exclusive use of Jireh and SRS clients.
