Concord, MA, May 5th, 2025 - Strategic Risk Solutions (SRS), the world’s largest independent insurance company manager, today confirmed that Lionel Tanner will be the Managing Director of SRS Italy, effective immediately.

Mr. Tanner has been part of the progression of SRS Europe, contributing to the growth of the SRS office in Switzerland and the internally focused Governance Risk and Compliance team. Now that SRS Italy has been established, it is timely for him to switch his focus from Switzerland to this nascent captive domicile.

Currently, SRS is the only dedicated insurance manager in Italy. In the past 12 months, three large Italian-owned captives have redomiciled to Italy from their previous, more established European captive jurisdictions.
