Rebecca Hale, Regional Manager, Strategic Risk Solutions. Rebecca is responsible for our captive management operations in the District of Columbia, New Jersey and Delaware. She has over twenty years’ experience managing a wide variety of captive structures, including single parent, group, special purpose, sponsored, association and industrial insured captives. Her industry experience includes banking and finance, health services, life insurance, entertainment, and other industries.
Derek Bridgeman, Managing Director, SRS Europe. Derek leads the firm’s consulting business in Europe, including the provision of captive feasibility studies, captive strategic reviews, technical consulting and risk financing consulting studies. He has over fifteen years’ captive management and consulting experience in Europe and is a regular panel speaker on technical forums around Solvency II Optimisation and Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) and currently represents SRS on various industry led working groups on both topics.
Luis Delgado, VP & Director, SRS Bermuda. Luis is responsible for the oversight of the firm’s LATAM portfolio. He is a bilingual accountant with over eight years’ experience in managing large portfolios of captive insurance companies, commercial reinsurers, rent-a-captive as well as segregated cells. Prior to SRS, Luis spent five years with JLT Insurance Management in Bermuda and has taken an active role in the development of Bermuda as a domicile for LATAM owned captives.
