Brady Young, President, Strategic Risk Solutions. Brady has over 30 years’ experience consulting to captives. He has been involved in the formation of numerous captives and has provided strategic and operational consulting to many of SRS’s clients. He has led SRS and its captive services for the past 20 years. 

Andrew Marson, Director, Strategic Risk Solutions (West). Andrew manages a portfolio of single parent and group captive insurance companies in our western US region and oversees the firm’s activities in Texas, Oklahoma and Missouri. He also chairs SRS’s energy industry practice group. Andrew has been in the captive insurance industry for over 12 years and has worked in US and Cayman domiciles.

Colin Robinson, Director, Strategic Risk Solutions Cayman. Colin manages a portfolio of single parent captives and segregated portfolio companies in the Cayman Islands. He has 15 years’ captive management and underwriting experience and is the current Vice Chairman of the Insurance Managers Association of Cayman. He also serves as Treasurer of the Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce and is a former instructor for ICCIE.
