An Italian and Swiss national, Loredana Mazzoleni Neglén has 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining SRS Altitude she has held several senior technical and leadership positions in sales, underwriting, product and markets developments and structuring of risk solutions in EMEA and Asia Pacific at Swiss Re Corporate Solutions. She had also been recognized as one of the most Influential Women in the (re)insurance industry.

Formerly of Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, Tom brings to Altitude more than 25 years of global leadership and execution experience in P&C (re)insurance across sales, underwriting and alternative risk transfer. Tom has also held various leadership roles at Converium and Zurich in the past. Tom is a client-focused leader with strong business expertise, known for his extensive industry knowledge and expertise.

Jan is senior structurer and the Chief Underwriting Officer for Altitude. He is responsible for structural solution design including transactional risk analysis and underwriting diligence. Overseeing and steering the MGU portfolio overall, he manages and ensures best practice in ART structuring and underwriting. Jan is based in Zurich.

Jan joined SRS in April 2024. Prior to joining SRS, Jan was heading the ART team in EMEA at Swiss Re Corporate Solutions since 2018 with a focus on structured (re)insurance, parametric covers and complex international captive fronting programs.
Over the last 20 years, Jan has held various technical and leadership positions within Swiss Re Group. With foundation in expert Property underwriting, they include P&C insurance and reinsurance across multiple lines of business, natural catastrophe modeling, and structuring large and custom-made risk and capital management solutions for corporate clients.
Jan is a client-focused leader with strong business expertise, known for innovative problem-solving and extensive advisory knowledge.

Paul is COO for Altitude and responsible for the development and oversight of the MGA’s end-to-end operations. Paul is based in London.
Experience
Paul joined SRS in November 2023. Prior to joining SRS, Paul was Global Distribution Management Leader at Swiss Re Corporate Solutions where he was responsible for driving global strategic engagement with key broking partners.
In addition to his Distribution experience, he also led Swiss Re Corporate Solutions’ Sales Analytics and Infrastructure initiatives where he was accountable for sales and marketing tools, CRM infrastructure and analytics.
Over the preceding years he has fulfilled senior roles for Willis Towers Watson, Allianz and AVIVA in geographies such as London, Munich & Johannesburg.
Paul has over 20 years' experience in P&C (re)insurance across multiple lines of business and markets around the world. He has held various leadership and technical positions covering underwriting, broking, distribution management, technology and compliance.

Over the last 10+ years, Marco has held various technical and leadership positions in underwriting covering Facultative Reinsurance, Property & Specialty and International Programs.
Marco is also the owner of a Sicilian extra-virgin olive oil production company, a family enterprise where he is a Managing Partner and Board Member.

Marco is Head of Parametric Solutions for Altitude. He is responsible for structural solution design as well as transactional risk analysis and underwriting. Marco is based in Zurich.
Experience
Marco Carrara has over 5 years of experience in parametric natural catastrophes underwriting. He gathered his first hands-on experience on parametric transactions for governments in 2018, when he joined Swiss Re's Public Sector Solutions team as an intern.
This was the door opener for him to join the newly created Parametric Nat Cat team of Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, where, since 2019, he modelled, priced and underwrote hundreds of parametric nat cat structures for corporate clients and
contributed to establish Swiss Re Corporate Solutions as one of the leading commercial insurers in parametric nat cat, with award-winning parametric insurance solutions that provide fast,
transparent and flexible protection to natural perils, mainly earthquakes and tropical cyclones.

His career started in 2017 as a Catastrophe Modelling trainee at MS Amlin in Zurich, shortly after obtaining his Master of Science in Earth Sciences from the Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich, Switzerland, with a specialization in geophysics.

Jonathan is General Counsel and Head of Legal and Compliance for Altitude, responsible for all legal and regulatory aspects of Altitude’s operations and business. Jonathan is based in London.
Experience
Jonathan joined SRS in May 2024. Prior to joining SRS, Jonathan headed the Legal team at Gallagher Re’s EMEA/ International region, working closely with the business on MGA/ MGU solutions and parametric risks, and was formerly at Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, where he was General Counsel for International Programs, working on structured (re)insurance, parametric covers and complex international risks.
After moving in-house from a niche insurance and reinsurance law firm over 20 years ago, Jonathan has held senior Legal leadership positions within the XL, Swiss Re, and Gallagher organizations.
Jonathan is an innovative and solutions-focused lawyer, with strong business knowledge and extensive international (re)insurance legal and regulatory experience.
