Concord, MA, April 2, 2024 – Strategic Risk Solutions (SRS), the world’s largest independent insurance company manager, today announced that Marco Adamo and Roy Baumann will be joining SRS Altitude effective April 2nd as Senior Alternative Risk Transfer (ART) experts.

Mr. Adamo will lead Altitude’s Property portfolio and Mr. Baumann will be responsible for Casualty and Finpro, both driving ART business development, structuring and execution of all types of non-standard solutions for corporate entities, captives and risk takers vehicles.
Mr. Adamo, formerly of Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, brings to Altitude more than 11 years of execution of ART structures as well as European markets experience. He has held various technical and leadership positions across direct and facultative underwriting and alternative risk transfer. Mr. Adamo also holds a Master's in Finance from Bocconi University in Milan.
Over the last 25 years, Mr. Baumann has held various technical and leadership positions with Converium, Aon Global Risk Consulting and Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, covering topics such as finance, investments, risk analytics, complex structured solutions and consulting. He also holds a Masters in Corporate Finance from the University of Zurich.
