SRS Acquisition of Robus Becomes Finalized.

Concord, MA, July 1, 2024 - Strategic Risk Solutions (SRS), the world’s largest independent insurance company manager, today announced that its agreement to acquire Robus Group has been completed.

Robus, now, SRS, will continue to operate out of their existing Guernsey and Gibraltar locations. Gibraltar will be a new domicile offering for SRS. With the acquisition of Robus SRS will continue to provide professional management services to captive insurers, open market insurers and reinsurers, insurance intermediaries, MGAs, ILS fund managers, and other corporate entities around the world, supporting their risk management and strategic business objectives.
