Years’ Symposium

The event will begin Wednesday, September 6th with a welcome reception and dinner at the hotel. For new captive owners or board members we will have an optional “Basics of Captives” on Wednesday before the welcome reception. Thursday will be a half day of general sessions and the afternoon will showcase “best in class” client case studies. That evening we’ll celebrate our client appreciation reception and dinner at the Country Music Hall of Fame in their premier space on the 6th floor with spectacular views of the Nashville skyline and a rooftop terrace. Friday will be a half-day of educational sessions concluding the event before noon.

There is no fee to attend, and all meals and evening events are complimentary. You, as the attendee, are responsible for your own transportation and hotel costs.

It is important that you register as soon as possible if you plan to attend as we have reserved a finite block of rooms at the very substantially discounted rate of $199 per night for a limited time period.  Given our meeting room space constraints, we are limiting attendance from each client to two individuals.  We will consider allowing more than two people if space permits – just let us know. If you are unable to attend, please feel free to forward the invitation to others in your captive.
