Current Responsibility
Brady is a principal owner of Strategic Risk Solutions, Inc. and the firm’s President and CEO. He is a founding member of SRS having been with the company since its inception in 1993 and led the management buy-out of SRS to establish the company as an independent entity in August 2002. Brady is responsible for the overall strategic development of SRS. During his time with the firm, he has established SRS in a leadership position in the captive market.
Experience
Brady has over 25 years of captive insurance experience and has worked with US and European companies in most industries to assess the need for and optimize the role of their captive insurers. He has been involved in the formation of numerous captives and has provided strategic and operational consulting to many of SRS’s clients.
Prior to joining SRS in 1993, Brady spent eight years with Tillinghast-Towers Perrin. As Principal in the firm, he managed the London, Boston, and Toronto risk management practices and worked on a variety of risk management and captive related assignments for corporations and groups covering a wide spectrum of risks and industries.

Current Responsibility
Andrew has primary responsibility for the day to day management of SRS staff functions, including operations, legal, technology, marketing and human resources. He is actively involved in the firm’s efforts to improve the quality and efficiency of its operations, as well as identifying and supporting strategic expansion opportunities.
Experience
Andrew joined SRS in 2003 as a captive consultant before transitioning to the role of Chief Financial Officer in 2009 and COO in 2012. He has led the development of the operational infrastructure of the firm supporting SRS’s growth and expansion as well as managing the firm’s marketing strategy including the creation of its successful webinar program. Andrew has over 30 years’ experience in the captive, insurance and risk management industries. Prior to joining SRS, he was Co-Founder, President and COO of GRX Technologies, an industry leader in the development of collaborative technologies streamlining the management of large commercial insurance programs.
Andrew started his career as an insurance broker in the London and UK retail brokerage markets, before spending nine years as a risk management consultant with Tillinghast – Towers Perrin in London and Boston. While at Tillinghast, he consulted with Fortune 500 corporations, US and European multinationals, public sector and non-profit organizations.

Current Responsibility
Dave is responsible for the management and supervision of a portfolio of single parent and group captive insurance companies managed from our Vermont office. His activities include the preparation and review of monthly and quarterly financial statements, regulatory filings and co-ordination of external audits and examinations. He also oversees and co-ordinates junior accountants on accounts. Firm-wide, Dave serves as Chair of the company’s Professional Standards Committee and is a member of the Risk Retention Group practice.
Experience
Dave joined SRS in 2014. He has over 30 years of accounting experience with more than 25 years in the insurance industry as a chief financial officer or auditor. Dave has extensive experience with commercial insurance companies, including NAIC regulatory filings and statutory accounting. He also has a background in captive insurance having audited many Vermont domiciled captives including single parent and group captives including risk retention groups.
Prior to joining SRS, Dave was Chief Financial Officer with Co-operative Insurance Companies, a position he held for 14 years. He was responsible for all aspects of financial management and reporting for the $70 million property-casualty insurance company based in Middlebury, Vermont. He was also a member of the company’s Executive Management Team, responsible for strategic and operational planning. Dave started his career in auditing and spent 13 years as an auditor in Vermont, including leading the Vermont office of Johnson Lambert.
