We have been managing insurance entities for over 25 years with an alternative risk transfer emphasis. We provide a full range of insurance management services from formation to on-going management.
Insurance-Linked Securities
By integrating our dedicated fund administration team with our highly experienced insurance accountants, we are able to provide a truly comprehensive convergence service to ILS clients on a global scale.
Fund Administration
SRS offers middle and back-office fund administration solutions to investment managers and funds through SRS Fund Administration (Bermuda) Limited, a Bermuda domiciled licensed fund administrator.
Cell Facilities
SRS manages Protected Cell Companies, Segregated Account Companies and Sponsored Captives (“cell facilities”) for our clients in different domiciles. Some of these facilities may be available for use by clients looking for a cell facility.
Medical Stop Loss
The use of captives to assume a layer of medical stop loss risk associated with self -insured employer sponsored health plans continue to see substantial growth. This financial vehicle allows employers to take more control over their healthcare spend.
