Our business is about our people. A client’s experience is dependent largely on the quality and depth of their account team. At SRS we have taken several steps to ensure that our clients have access to experienced, qualified captive insurance professionals.
Experienced personnel
As a firm we have made a conscious effort to hire and retain experienced captive insurance professionals in our business.
Motivated staff
As captives are our sole focus, our incentive programs are designed specifically for our captive management and consulting personnel. This puts our captive account teams at the center of our firm, not the periphery. Their interests are aligned with those of our captive clients.
Account team structures
Multiple personnel are involved on an account. We structure account teams to include relationship managers and peer reviewers so that more than the accountant is familiar with the account. All our account teams include a Director of SRS providing clients with direct access to the senior management of the firm.
One firm approach
We operate as a single firm across our different domiciles and consulting practice. Our professional and operating standards are uniform between domiciles and our technology platform allows us to work seamlessly across offices. We bring the best available resources to benefit our clients regardless of location.
Our staff have received high ratings in our customer surveys for their responsiveness and attention to detail. We have not experienced high levels of staff turnover and many of our staff are long-term employees.
