SRS is an independently owned captive management and consulting firm. The company is owned by its management and senior staff. It operates in all major US onshore and offshore captive domiciles. Captive management services are supported by feasibility and on-going consulting services.
We are the only captive manager operating in all major US onshore and offshore domiciles that is completely free of broker, insurer or banking interests. Our success is dependent purely on our ability to deliver top quality captive management and consulting services. Our entire firm is aligned to achieve this goal. There are no subsidies or competing interests from other business areas. Our incentive programs are designed specifically for our captive management and consulting personnel. This puts our captive account teams at the center of our firm, not the periphery. Their interests are aligned with those of our captive clients.
We operate as a single firm across our different domiciles and consulting practice. Our professional and operating standards are uniform between domiciles. We bring the best available resources to benefit our clients regardless of location.
