Director - South Carolina Operations |

Due to further expansion plans in SC, we are
seeking an experienced Insurance Executive
and/or Accounting Manager to oversee SRS
operations in Charleston, SC. The right
candidate will be responsible for working with
the Directors of Finance and Corporate Services
in the Vermont office, as well as the Managing
Directors in Massachusetts, to secure office
space, make local vendor contacts, hire and
supervise Insurance Accounting personnel and
handle client and regulatory day to day
functions.

Account/Tax
Compliance Manager |
|
Location: |
Burlington, VT |
|
This position will
provide complete accounting and regulatory
services to a portfolio of captive insurance
clients, including tax consulting/compliance and
research for federal/state income tax
compliance. Responsibilities include supervising
daily account activities, preparing financial
statements, applying GAAP/statutory insurance
accounting methods, training account
administrators and coordinating annual audits.
Candidates should have a MS in tax or accounting
with exposure to captive insurance. |

Candidates should have degrees in accounting and
should hold or be candidates for CPA or
equivalent international accounting
qualifications. Insurance experience is
preferred. Responsibilities include
regulatory filings, preparation of financial
statements, database management and general
oversight of client accounts. Strong
communication skills are essential. |
